પી.એમ. પોષણ યોજનામાં જિલ્લા પ્રોજેક્ટ કો-ઓર્ડિનેટર અને તાલુકા કક્ષાએ પી.એમ. પોષણ (AMDM) સુપરવાઈઝરની ૧૧ માસના કરાર આધારિત ભરતી માટે પસંદગી કરવા માટે યોગ્ય લાયકાતો અને પૂરતો અનુભવ ધરાવતાં ઉમેદવારો પાસેથી અરજીઓ મંગાવવામાં આવે છે.
અરજીફોર્મ, નિમણૂક માટેની લાયકાત અને શરતો જિલ્લા પુરવઠા અધિકારીશ્રી, પી.એમ. પોષણ યોજના શાખા, કલેકટર કચેરી, જિલ્લા સેવા સદન, કચ્છ-ભુજની કચેરીમાંથી મેળવી શકાશે.
નિયત નમૂનામાં જાહેરાત પ્રસિદ્ધ થાય તે તારીખથી શરૂ કરીને ૧૦ દિવસમાં અરજી રૂબરૂ કે રજિસ્ટર પોસ્ટ એ.ડી.થી ડી.થી મોકલી મોકલી આપવાની રહેશે. રહેશે. નિયત સમય બાદ મળેલ અરજીઓ માન્ય ગણાશે નહીં.
અરજી કરતાં પહેલાં ઉમેદવારે આ જગ્યાઓ માટેની આવશ્યક લાયકાત, વય મર્યાદા, અનુભવ. નિમણૂકનો પ્રકાર અને મહેનતાણા અંગેની સૂચનાઓ/માર્ગદર્શિકા અવશ્ય વાંચી લેવી.
અરજીમાં પોલીસ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફિકેટ, શાળા છોડયાનું પમાણપત્ર, સ્વ-ઓળખ માટે પાનકાર્ડ/આધારકાર્ડ/પાસપોર્ટ/ચૂંટણી કાર્ડ તેમજ સરનામાના આધાર તરીકે આધાર કાર્ડ/પાસપોર્ટ/ચૂંટણી કાર્ડ રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે.
આ જગ્યાઓ અંગેની પસંદગી યાદી જિલ્લા પુરવઠા અધિકારીશ્રી, પી.એમ. પોષણ યોજના શાખા, કલેકટર કચેરી, જિલ્લા સેવા સદન, કચ્છ-ભુજની કચેરીના નોટિસ બોર્ડ ઉપર મૂકવામાં આવશે, મેરિટમાં અગ્રતા મેળવેલ ઉમેદવારોના ઈન્ટરવ્યુ પમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણી માટે જિલ્લા પુરવઠા અધિકારી, પી.એમ. પોષણ યોજના ભુજ-કચ્છ દ્વારા લેખિત જણાવવામાં આવશે.
અરજીના કવર પર જિલ્લા પ્રોજેક્ટ કો-ઓર્ડિનેટરની જગ્યા માટેની અરજીમાં “જિલ્લા પ્રોજેક્ટ કો-ઓર્ડિનેટર'' એમ મોટા અક્ષરે સ્પષ્ટ રીતે દેખાય તેમ લખવાનું રહેશે.
અરજીના કવર પર સુપરવાઈઝરની જગ્યા માટેની અરજીમાં “સુપરવાઈઝર'' એમ મોટા અક્ષરે સ્પષ્ટ
રીતે દેખાય તેમ લખવાનું રહેશે. ન્યાયિક ક્ષેત્ર ભુજ શહેરનું રહેશે.
