(1) ઉમેદવારો તા.15/10/2026 ના રોજ 18:00 કલાકથી મેરીટમાં આવતા ઉમેદવારો વેબસાઇટ ઉપરથી પોતાના કોલ-લેટર ઓનલાઇન મેળવી શકશે.
(2) વિદ્યાસહાયક ભરતી -2026 (ધો. 1 થી 5 ગુજરાતી માધ્યમ) માં બિન અનામત કેટેગરીમાં નીચે દર્શાવેલ મેરીટ સુધીના ઉમેદવારો ઓન-લાઇન કોલ-લેટર મેળવી શકશે. આ ઉમેદવારોને તા.22/10/2026 ના રોજ જિલ્લા પસંદગી માટે બોલાવેલ છે. જે અંગે તારીખ, સમય અને સ્થળ ઉમેદવારના કોલલેટરમાં દર્શાવેલ છે.

(3) જિલ્લા પસંદગીની કાર્યવાહી માટે ઉમેદવારોએ વેબસાઈટ ઉપરથી જ ઓન-લાઇન કોલ-લેટર મેળવી લેવાના રહેશે. અન્ય કોઇ પ્રકારે કોલ-લેટર મોકલવામાં આવશે નહિ.
(4) સદર ભરતી અન્વયે જાહેરાત મુજબની કુલ 11000 જગ્યાઓ પૈકી ફાઈનલ મેરીટયાદી પ્રસિધ્ધ કરતાં સમયે જણાવ્યા મુજબ નામ. વડી અદાલતમાં દાખલ થયેલ સ્પે.સિ.એ.નં.3005/2026 તથા તેને સંલગ્ન અન્ય પીટીશનો ઉપર નામ. વડી અદાલત દ્વારા તા.07/08/2026ના રોજ કોમન ઓરલ ઓર્ડર અનુસંધાને 774 જગ્યાઓ ખાલી રાખવામાં આવનાર છે જેની તમામ ઉમેદવારોએ નોંધ લેવી.
(*)-ઉક્ત મેરીટ સુધીના બિનઅનામત તરીકેની પાત્રતા ધરાવતાં તમામ કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવારો તેમજ અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિના તમામ ઉમેદવારોના કોલલેટર આપવામાં આવેલ છે. એટલે કે અનુસૂચિત જાતિ (SC), સામાજિક શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ (SEBC) અને આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગ (EWS)ના બિન અનામત તરીકેની પાત્રતા ન ધરાવતાં ઉમેદવારોના કોલ લેટર આપવામાં આવેલ નથી કારણ કે અનુસૂચિત જાતિ (SC), સામાજિક શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ (SEBC) અને આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગ (EWS) ની ઉક્ત ફકરા (4) મુજબની તથા દિવ્યાંગ અનામતની જગ્યાઓ સિવાયની ફાળવણીપાત્ર ખાલી જગ્યાઓ પૂર્ણ થયેલ છે.
નોંધ:- ઉમેદવારોએ જિલ્લા પસંદગીની કાર્યવાહી પૂર્ણ થાય અને આ વિદ્યાસહાયક ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા ચાલુ રહે ત્યાં સુધી તમામ ઉમેદવારોએ દરરોજ આ વેબસાઇટ જોવા વિનંતી છે.
