Bank of Baroda has announced 1 vacancy for the post of Faculty on a contract basis for a period of 12 months, with posting at Panchmahal (Godhra). The age limit for the post is 22-40 Years as on 1 October 2026. The notified pay is Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 40,000 per month, along with a Fixed Conveyance Allowance of Rs. 2,500 pm and a Mobile allowance of Rs. 300 pm. Candidates meeting the required educational qualifications can apply through the offline application process by sending a hard copy of the filled application format with relevant documents by post to the authorized address, to reach on or before 25 October 2026. The selection process consists of a Written Test, Personal Interview, and Demonstration/ Presentation.

Qualification and Experience

Additional requirements for the Faculty post include:
- Shall have a flair for teaching and possess sound Computer Knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language essential, fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Skills in Typing in Local Language essential.
- Typing skills in Hindi/ English typing, an added advantage.
Pay and Terms
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 30,000 - 2000x5 - Rs. 40,000/- per month. An annual performance incentive of Rs. 2,000/- every year will be based on a satisfactory review and performance of services rendered.
Additional allowances and terms include:
- Fixed Conveyance Allowance [FCA]: Rs. 2,500/- per month on a declaration basis, subject to completion of a minimum number of visits for conducting EAPs, Follow ups, etc. Otherwise, the Director of the RSETIs shall consider paying proportionately.
- Mobile allowance: Rs. 300/- per month.
- Statutory Benefits: EPF, ESI, and Gratuity as per rules.
- Tenure and Renewal: The contract is valid for 12 months. Increments accrued shall continue at the time of renewal of each contract period, and the contract may continue till the retirement age of 60 years or the project period whichever is earlier, subject to satisfactory performance and renewal of the contract period from time to time.
Bank of Baroda Faculty Job Description
The support staff for Faculty at RSETIs shall perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Any other work assigned by the Director from time to time.
- Work as Faculty of the Institute handling sessions relating to entrepreneurship, motivation personality development, business management, conducting business games etc., guiding/educating the trainees and coordinating the programmes of the Institute.
- Conducting pre-training activities - EAPs, generation of applications and selection of candidates.
- Assisting the Director in designing the Annual Action Plan and training programmes.
- Arranging logistics for the training programmes, including training materials and arranging Guest faculty.
- Providing post Training escort services including conducting follow-up meets/visits.
- Providing counseling, credit linkage, preparation of project reports etc.
- Preparation of Success Stories and circulation of a minimum of two stories per month to the Controlling Office/MoRD.
- Preparation of Post Programme Report and monthly/periodical reports.
- Assisting/Guiding the Office assistant in maintaining of Day book, General Ledger and all other registers and Books.
- Design new training programs by collecting feedback on emerging business opportunities in the area.
- Prepare case studies and training materials for effective delivery of sessions and establish liaison with outside agencies.
- Assist Director in internal control/administration, organizing functions, events, and meetings of the Institute.
- Preparation of Press release/reports on various activities, supervising assistant, attender, watchman cum Gardner, and monitoring Guest faculty performance.
- Maintenance of Inventory and Library books, and overseeing the maintenance of the entire campus including classrooms, kitchen, dining, and dormitory to keep premises clean and tidy.
- Maintaining discipline in the Institute and ensuring administration of MILLY, LOG, PRAYER, YOGA, SHRAMADHAN etc., on daily basis.
Eligibility Criteria and Age Limit
The age limit for the Faculty post is 22 to 40 years as on 01.10.2026.
Selection Process
The selection process will comprise three stages:
1. Written Test: To assess General Knowledge and Computer capability.
2. Personal Interview: To assess communication ability, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving ability, ability to get along with the trainees, and developmental approach.
3. Demonstration/Presentation: To assess teaching skills and communication capability.
