ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા અમલમાં મુકાયેલ ભારત સરકારની "મિશન વાત્સવ્ય” યોજના હેઠળ જિલ્લા બાળ સુરક્ષા એકમ, સુરેન્દ્રનગર, ચિલ્ડ્રન હોમ ફોર બોયઝ,સુરેન્દ્રનગર વિશિષ્ટ દતક સંસ્થા,સુરેન્દ્રનગર ડો.એલ.એમ ઘુવ બાલાશ્રમ,સુરેન્દ્રનગર ખાતે ખાલી પડેલ ૧૧.માસના કરાર આઘારિત ફિક્સ વેતનથી નીચે દર્શાવેલ જગ્યાઓ ભરવાની થાય છે, જે માટે યોગ્ય લાયકાત અને અનુભવ ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારો પાસેથી અરજીઓ મંગાવામાં આવે છે.
(૧) ઉકત જગ્યાઓ માટે જરૂરી નિયત લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોએ જાહેરાત અનુંસંધાને વૈખિત અરજી તા.૦૮/૦૯/૨૦૨૬,સાંજે ૧૮:૦૦ કલાક સુધીમાં જિલ્લા બાળ સુરક્ષા એકમ,૧૦૪,પહેલો માળ, બોલ્ક-એ, બહુમાળી ભવન, ખેટાળી રોડ, સુરેન્દ્રનગરની કચેરીને મળી રહે તે મુજબ જરૂરી શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત,અનુભવ, જન્મનો આધાર, પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝ ફોટો વગેરેની સ્વ-પ્રમાણિત નકલો સાથે RPAD/સ્પીડ પોસ્ટથી જ અરજી મોકલી આપવાની રહેશે. અન્ય માધ્યમથી મોકલેલ અરજી માન્ય ગણવામાં આવશે નહી (૨) ઉમર માર્યાદા અરજી કરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખના રોજ ગણવામાં આવશે. (૩)અધુરી વિગતોવાળી તથા નિયત સમય બાદ મળેલ અરજીઓ ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહી (૪) ઉમેદવાર દરેક જગ્યા માટે અલગ અલગ ઉમેદવારી નોંધાવી શકશે તથા જે જગ્યા માટે અરજી કરી છે તે માટે અરજી/કવર ઉપર જગ્યાનું નામ અને સંસ્થાનું નામ ફરજીયાત દર્શાવવાનું રહેશે. (૫)ઉક્ત જગ્યાઓમાં માંગ્યા મુજબ કોમ્પ્યુટરની બેઝીક જાણકારી અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર જોડવાનું રહેશે. (૫) ઇન્ટરવ્યુ માટે જરૂરી નિયત લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોને જ કોલ લેટર દ્રારા ઇન્ટરવ્યુ માટે જાણ કરવામાં આવશે. જેથી રહેઠાણનું સરનામું અરજીમાં દર્શાવવાનુ રહેશે. નિયત લાયકાત ન ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોની અરજી દફતરે કરવામાં આવશે. (૭) ઉમેદવારે ઇન્ટરવ્યુમાં સ્વખર્ચે હાજર રહેવાનું રહેશે. (૮) અરજી સાથે જોડેલ તમામ પ્રમાણપત્રો ઇન્ટરવ્યુ સમયે અસલ રજુ કરવાના રહેશે. (૯) રશૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત બાદનો અનુભવ જ માન્ય ગણવામાં આવશે. (૧૦) કોઇપણ સમયે ધ્યાને આવશે કે ઉમેદવાર દ્રારા ખોટા પ્રમાણપત્ર રજુ કરેલ છે. તો તે ઉમેદવારને ગેરલાયક ઠરાવવામાં આવશે. (૧૧) સરકારશ્રીના વખતો વખતના સુધારા/ઠરાવો/પરીપત્રોને આધિન અમલવારી કરવાની રહેશે. (૧૨) ઉપરોક્ત જગ્યાની ભરતી પ્રક્રિયાનો આખરી નિર્ણય જિલ્લા પસંદગી સમિતિ, સુરેન્દ્રનગરને અબાધિત રહેશે.
