१. ઉમેદવારની ઉંમર તા.૧૦-૦૮-૨૦૨૬ ના રોજ ૨૮ વર્ષથી વધુ ન હોવી જોઈએ.

૨. શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત : The minimum qualification for

recruitment to the clerical cadre shall be a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 55% marks. However, candidates holding a Bachelor of Arts degree shall not be eligible. Candidates holding degrees in Engineering shall also not be eligible. except those having a degree in information Technology or Computer Science (BE/B.Tech or equivalent. Candidates who have passed CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate shall also be eligible.

Gandevi Bank Clerk Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility is assessed as on 10 August 2026. Candidates must be domiciled in Gujarat State and must produce relevant original documents (with a photocopy) in support of their identity and eligibility, as and when called for. No change in the category, age, educational qualification, or other details provided during online registration will be permitted at any stage after submission of the application.

Educational Qualification

The minimum qualification for recruitment to the Clerical cadre is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 55% marks. However:

Selection consists of an Online Written Examination followed by a Personal Interview. A candidate must qualify in both the Online Examination and the Interview to be considered for the subsequent recruitment process.

A penalty of 1/4th of the marks assigned to a question is applied for each wrong answer (negative marking). Examination Centres

The examination will tentatively be conducted in online mode at Surat, Vapi, and Vadodara. No request for change of examination centre will be entertained. The Bank reserves the right to cancel any examination centre, add other centres, or allot a candidate to a centre other than the one opted for, at its discretion. Candidates will appear for the examination at their own risk and expense.

Interview

Candidates shortlisted in the online examination will be called for a Personal Interview, to be conducted at Gandevi only. The centre, venue address, date, and time of the interview will be communicated through the interview call letter, downloadable from the Bank's website. Any request for a change in date/centre of the interview will not be entertained, though the Bank reserves the right to change these at its discretion under unforeseen circumstances.

Steps to Apply Online

1.    Visit www.gpcb.bank.in and click on "APPLY ONLINE".

2.    Choose "Click here for New Registration" and enter your Name, Contact details, and Email ID. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated and also sent by email/SMS – note these down.

3.    Use the "SAVE AND NEXT" option to fill the form in stages if needed, and verify all details carefully, as no change will be possible after clicking "Complete Registration".

4.    Upload your photograph and signature as per the specifications above.

5.    Fill in the remaining details of the application form.
