Educational Qualification
- Chief General Manager/General Manager (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Government-recognized University/Institute recognized by the State/Central Government or other statutory authority.
- Manager (Traction): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics discipline from a Government-recognized University/Institute.
- Asst. Manager (Rolling Stock): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Power Electronics/Instrumentation or equivalent discipline from a Government-recognized University/Institute.
- Engineer - Sr. Grade (M&P): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Power Electronics/Instrumentation engineering or equivalent discipline from a Government-recognized University/Institute.
- Engineer - Jr. Grade (Rolling Stock): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics & Communications/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Power Electronics/Instrumentation engineering or equivalent discipline from a Government-recognized University/Institute.

Candidates with experience of working in modern urban metro rail systems will be given preference for all posts. For Civil posts, candidates with proven experience of timely project completion as heads of site teams shall be preferred, and must mention a reference from Senior Management who oversaw those projects.
