- Assistant Manager: MBA or PG Diploma in Business Management or CA
- Office Superintendent: Second class graduate in any stream and 10 years administrative experience in government or semi-government institution or government board / corporation. CCC+ course passed from government recognized institution.
- Head Clerk / Junior Clerk: Second class graduate in any discipline. CCC course passed from government recognized institution.
