(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application/Information Technology / Computer Science or its equivalent from a recognized University or from an Institution duly recognized by the Gujarat Government / Central Government. Or

(ii) 03 years Diploma Course in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent from a Polytechnic Institute duly recognized by the Gujarat Government / Central Government.

(iii) Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University;

And

(iv) Diploma of at least one Year duration in Data Entry Operation/Computer Application/Computer Programming or its equivalent from a recognized University or from an Institute duly recognized by the Gujarat Government / Central Government.

Or “O” Level Course from DOEACC Society.

ઉંમર મર્યાદા:

પોસ્ટ માટે અરજી કરનાર ઉમેદવાર, ઓનલાઈન અરજી સબમિટ કરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ મુજબ, 18 વર્ષથી ઓછી અને 35 વર્ષથી વધુની ઉંમરના ન હોવા જોઈએ.

પસંદગી પ્રક્રિયા:

The Competitive Examination shall consist of :

(A) Elimination Test (Objective Type MCQs) [100 Marks]

(B) Computer Aided Test [100 Marks]

(A) Elimination Test (Objective Type-MCQs) [100 Marks]

(i) Question Paper of Elimination Test shall consist of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each of 1 Mark. For every wrong / multiple answers, there shall be Negative Marking of 0.33 Marks. Language of the Question Paper shall be English only (except the questions in Gujarati Language).

Duration of the Elimination Test shall be 02 (Two) Hours.

Syllabus of Elimination Test :

a. Computer Knowledge

b. General Knowledge

c. English Language

d. Numeric & Mental Ability

e. Analytical & Reasoning Skills

f. Current Affairs

g. Gujarati Language

(ii) The Elimination Test will be conducted either at Ahmedabad or at any District place/places as may be decided by the High Court, depending upon the number of Candidates applying.

(iii) Candidates shall have to secure minimum 50 Marks in the Elimination Test and only those qualifying therein, may be called for Computer Aided Test.

(iv) Marks obtained in the Elimination Test (Objective Type-MCQs) will NOT be considered for determining the merits, for preparing the Final Merit List.

(v) The Elimination Test (Objective Type-MCQ) shall be administered either through an OMR Sheet or any other mode as may be decided by the High Court. In any case, re-evaluation, rechecking / reassessment will not be entertained by the High Court. No Objections in this regard will be entertained.

(B) Computer Aided Test [100 Marks] : (Duration of Test : 02 Hours)

(i) Syllabus of Computer Aided Test :

a) Windows & Linux

b) Microsoft Office & Open Office

c) Basic Knowledge of Computer

d) Basics of Computer Peripheral

e) Troubleshooting, Installation and Best Practices

f) Internet Technology

(ii) The Computer Aided Test will be conducted at Ahmedabad at the Centre(s), which would be decided hereafter.

(iii) Candidates shall have to secure minimum 50% Marks in the Computer Aided Test and only those qualifying therein, may be called for Verification of Original Documents.

(iv) In case, large number of Candidates qualify in the Elimination Test / Computer Aided Test, it will be open for the High Court to restrict the number of Candidates as deemed necessary, according to Merit, for the Next Stage.

PREPARATION OF SELECT LIST :

(a) The Select List shall be prepared on the basis of Marks obtained by the Candidates in the Computer Aided Test.

(b) Any Candidate who does not accept the offer of appointment within the time-limit, shall lose his/her right to appointment.

(c) The Select List shall be published on High Court website as well as on 'HC-OJAS' website, and/or through any other mode, as may be decided by the High Court.

ગુજરાત હાઈકોર્ટે જાહેર કરેલા નોટિફિકેશન પ્રમાણએ અંદાજીત અગત્યની તારીખો સહિત વધુ માહિતી માટે ઈન્ફોર્મેશન બુલેટીન જોવાનું રહેશે. આ ઉપરાંત ઓનલાઈન અરજી ઉપરાંત ભરતી પ્રક્રિયાને સંબંધિત તમામ પ્રકારની માહિતી જેવી કે ઉમેદવાર માટેની સૂચનાઓ, કોલલેટર ડાઉનલોડ કરવા સંબંધિત સૂચના, નોટીસ, પરીક્ષા કાર્યક્રમ, પરિણામ, પસંદગી યાદી વગેરે માટે ઉમેદવારે હાઈકોર્ટ ખાતે ફોન ન કરતાં, hc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in અને gujarathighcourt.nic.in વેબસાઈટ સમયાંતરે જોતા રહેવું.

કેવી રીતે અરજી કરવી?

રસ ધરાવતા અને લાયક ઉમેદવારો ઑનલાઇન અધિકૃત વેબસાઇટ અરજી કરી શકે છે.

ગુજરાત હાઈકોર્ટ દ્વારા બહાર પાડવામાં આવેલા નોટિફિકેશનમાં જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણે ઉમેદવારોએ અરજી કરવા માટે આપેલા સ્ટેપ અનુસરવા

· HC-Ojas પોર્ટલ પર આપેલ લિંકમાં APPLY NOW પર ક્લિક કરી, ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરવું

· ફોર્મ ભરતા પહેલા જાહેરાતનો ઝીણવટપૂર્વક અભ્યાસ કરવો

· ઓલાઈન અરજી કરતા પહેલા આ પોર્ટ પર ઉમેદવારે ફરજિયાત રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરવું. ઉમેદવારે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરવા માટે પોતાની પ્રાથમિક માહિતી, કાર્યરત મોબાઈલ નંબર અને ઈમેલ એડ્રેસ દર્શાવવાના રહેશે. મોબાઈલ નંબર -ઈમેલ એડ્રેસને ઓ.ટી.પી. મારફતે ચકાસણી કરવામાં આવશે.

· સફળતા પૂર્વક રજીસ્ટ્રેશન થયા બાદ ઉમેદવારના ઈમેલ ઉપર એક રજીસ્ટ્રેશન-એપ્લિકેશન નંબર મોકલવામાં આવશે.

· રજીસ્ટ્રેશન થયા બાદ ઉમેદવારે ઈમેલમાં મેળવેલ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન-એપ્લિકેશન નંબર તથા રજીસ્ટ્રેશન વખતે બનાવેલ પાસવર્ડની મદદથી પોર્ટલ પર લોગીન કરવાનું રહેશે.

· ઉમેદવારે કરેલા ઓનલાઈન એપ્લિકેશન ફક્ત ત્યારે જ માન્ય ગણાશે કે જ્યારે ઉમેદવારે જરૂરી ફી સફળતા પૂર્વ ભરી હશે.(વધુ માહિતી માટે એચસી-ઓજસ પોર્ટલ પર હાઉ ટુ એપ્લાય પર ક્લીક કરવું)

· દર્શાવવામાં આવેલી રીત પ્રમાણે ઉમેદવારોએ અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. અન્ય માધ્યમથી કરેલી કોઈપણ અરજી તથા અધૂરી અરજીઓને ગ્રાહ્ય રાખવામાં આવશે નહીં.

· ઉમેદવારોએ કોપણ સંજોગોમાં એકથી વધારે ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવી નહીં
