(A) Essential Educational Qualification :

(i) Graduate from recognized University.

(ii) 10th or 12th Standard Examination passed with English as one of the Subjects.

(B) Requisite Certificate with respect to Basic knowledge of Computer as prescribed by the State Government from time to time.

ઉંમર મર્યાદા:

પોસ્ટ માટે અરજી કરનાર ઉમેદવાર, ઓનલાઈન અરજી સબમિટ કરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ મુજબ, 18 વર્ષથી ઓછી અને 35 વર્ષથી વધુની ઉંમરના ન હોવા જોઈએ.

પસંદગી પ્રક્રિયા:

EXAMINATION :

The Competitive Examination shall consist of :

(A) Elimination Test (Objective Type MCQs) [100 Marks]

(B) Main Written Examination [100 Marks]

(A) Elimination Test (Objective Type MCQs)

(i) Question Paper of Elimination Test shall consist of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each of 1 Mark. For every wrong/ multiple answers, there shall be Negative Marking of 0.33 Marks. Language of the Question Paper shall be English only. However, 20 Questions will be in Gujarati for the Section on Gujarati Language. Duration of the Elimination Test shall be of 90 Minutes.

(ii) The Elimination Test will be conducted either at Ahmedabad or at any District place/places as may be decided by the High Court, depending upon the number of Candidates applying.

(iii) Candidates belonging to Reserved Categories i.e. SC, ST, SEBC, EWS, Differently Abled Person (PH) & EXServicemen shall have to secure minimum 45 Marks and all the other Candidates shall have to secure minimum 50 Marks in the Elimination Test and only those qualifying therein, shall be called for Main Written Examination.

(iv) Marks obtained in the Elimination Test (Objective TypeMCQs) will NOT be considered for determining the merits, while preparing the Select List.

(v) The Elimination Test (ObjectiveTypeMCQ) shall be administered through an OMR Sheet or any other mode as may be decided by the High Court. In any case, reevaluation, rechecking/reassessment will not be entertained by the High Court. No objection in this regard will be entertained.

(B) Main Written Examination [100 Marks] :

(Duration : 03 Hours)

(i) The Main Written Examination will comprise of Two Parts viz.:

(A) PartA General English [50 Marks]

(B) Part¬B ¬ General Knowledge [50 Marks]

(ii) Language of Question Paper of Main Written Examination shall be English. Answer to Questions in the Main Written Examination shall be given in English Language. However, Answer with respect to 'Translation' or otherwise required to be given in Gujarati, shall invariably be answered in Gujarati Language.

(iii) The Main Written Examination will be conducted either at Ahmedabad, or at any District Place/Places as may be decided by the High Court depending upon the number of Candidates, for which the Candidates will have to make their own arrangements, for taking the Examination.

(iv) For being eligible to be included in the Select List, Candidates shall have to obtain minimum 40% Marks in aggregate in the Main Written Examination.

(v) In case, large number of Candidates qualifies in the Elimination Test / Main Written Examination, it will be open for the High Court to restrict the number of Candidates as deemed necessary, according to Merit, for the Next Stage.

PREPARATION OF SELECT LIST :

(a) The Select List shall be prepared on the basis of Marks obtained by the Candidates in the Main Written Examination only.

(b) The High Court reserves the right to adopt appropriate method of shortlisting the Candidates at any stage.

(c) Any Candidate who does not accept the offer of appointment within the timelimit, shall lose his/her right to appointment and the High Court shall operate the Select List, as the case may be.

(d) The Select List shall remain in force for a period of 01 (One) year, from the date of its publication or until the publication of a fresh List(s), whichever is earlier.

(e) The Select List shall be published on High Court website as well as on 'HCOJAS' website, and/or through any other mode, as may be decided by the High Court.

ગુજરાત હાઈકોર્ટે જાહેર કરેલા નોટિફિકેશન પ્રમાણએ અંદાજીત અગત્યની તારીખો સહિત વધુ માહિતી માટે ઈન્ફોર્મેશન બુલેટીન જોવાનું રહેશે. આ ઉપરાંત ઓનલાઈન અરજી ઉપરાંત ભરતી પ્રક્રિયાને સંબંધિત તમામ પ્રકારની માહિતી જેવી કે ઉમેદવાર માટેની સૂચનાઓ, કોલલેટર ડાઉનલોડ કરવા સંબંધિત સૂચના, નોટીસ, પરીક્ષા કાર્યક્રમ, પરિણામ, પસંદગી યાદી વગેરે માટે ઉમેદવારે હાઈકોર્ટ ખાતે ફોન ન કરતાં, hc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in અને gujarathighcourt.nic.in વેબસાઈટ સમયાંતરે જોતા રહેવું.

· HC-Ojas પોર્ટલ પર આપેલ લિંકમાં APPLY NOW પર ક્લિક કરી, ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરવું

· ફોર્મ ભરતા પહેલા જાહેરાતનો ઝીણવટપૂર્વક અભ્યાસ કરવો

· ઓલાઈન અરજી કરતા પહેલા આ પોર્ટ પર ઉમેદવારે ફરજિયાત રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરવું. ઉમેદવારે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરવા માટે પોતાની પ્રાથમિક માહિતી, કાર્યરત મોબાઈલ નંબર અને ઈમેલ એડ્રેસ દર્શાવવાના રહેશે. મોબાઈલ નંબર -ઈમેલ એડ્રેસને ઓ.ટી.પી. મારફતે ચકાસણી કરવામાં આવશે.

· સફળતા પૂર્વક રજીસ્ટ્રેશન થયા બાદ ઉમેદવારના ઈમેલ ઉપર એક રજીસ્ટ્રેશન-એપ્લિકેશન નંબર મોકલવામાં આવશે.

· રજીસ્ટ્રેશન થયા બાદ ઉમેદવારે ઈમેલમાં મેળવેલ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન-એપ્લિકેશન નંબર તથા રજીસ્ટ્રેશન વખતે બનાવેલ પાસવર્ડની મદદથી પોર્ટલ પર લોગીન કરવાનું રહેશે.

· દર્શાવવામાં આવેલી રીત પ્રમાણે ઉમેદવારોએ અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. અન્ય માધ્યમથી કરેલી કોઈપણ અરજી તથા અધૂરી અરજીઓને ગ્રાહ્ય રાખવામાં આવશે નહીં.

· ઉમેદવારોએ કોપણ સંજોગોમાં એકથી વધારે ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવી નહીં
