ગુજરાત ગૌણ સેવા ૫સંદગી મંડળ GSSSB ભરતી લાયકાત:
(i) A degree of B.Sc.(Nursing) obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India, or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared as deemed to be a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; and recognised by the Gujarat Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council; or
(ii) a Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery obtained from an institution recognized by the Gujarat Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council;
(c) possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967: and
(d) possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
“The candidate appointed on the basis of the result of a competitive examination held for the purpose shall be required to get himself registered with the Gujarat Nursing Council under the Gujarat Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitor’s Act. 1968 at the time of his appointment on the basis of the result of a competitive examination held for purpose, if he is not so registered.”
Disqualification for appointment on ground of plural marriage:-
(1) No person – (a) Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person havinga spouse living; or
(b) Who having a spouse living has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person shall be eligible for appointment to the post;
Provided that subject to the provisins of any law for the time being in force, the State Government may, if satisfied that there are special grounds for doing so, exempt any person from the operation of this subrule.
(2) The candidate shall declare in the application form whether he or she, as the case may be, is married and in the case of the male candidate whether, he has more than one wife living and in the case of female candidate whether she has married to a man who has already another wife living.
