Educational Qualification and other details:
Head of Internal Audit (HIA) - 1 Post
CA/CMA/ MBA (Finance) / Post Graduate in Finance, Audit, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 15+ years of experience in Banking, Audit, Risk Management, Inspection, or Compliance, including 5+ years in a senior leadership and min. 3 years in Audit Department. Strong knowledge of Risk-Based Internal Audit (RBIA), Internal Controls, RBI Regulations, Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance. Age Criteria: Maximum 45 years.
Chief Risk Officer (CRO) - 1 Post
Minimum 15 Years of experience with commercial banks with recent 5 years of experience in Risk Management department along with substantial exposure to Analytics is most preferable. Age Criteria: Maximum 45 years.
