Educational Qualification and other details:
Head of Internal Audit (HIA) - 1 Post
CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) / Post Graduate in Finance, Audit, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 15+ years of experience in Banking, Audit, Risk Management, Inspection, or Compliance, including 5+ years in a senior leadership and min. 3 years in Audit Department. Strong knowledge of Risk-Based Internal Audit (RBIA), Internal Controls, RBI Regulations, Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance. Age Criteria: Maximum 45 years.
Chief Risk Officer (CRO) - 1 Post
Minimum 15 Years of experience with commercial banks with recent 5 years of experience in Risk Management department along with substantial exposure to Analytics is most preferable. Age Criteria: Maximum 45 years.
Officer 10 Post
Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services. Candidates having specialization in Credit Analysis, MIS & Data Analytics, Compliance, Legal, or Forex Operations will be preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and domain knowledge skills are essential. Age Criteria: Maximum 30 years.
Office Assistant - 10 Post
Any graduate with min. 55% in graduation. Age Criteria: Maximum 25 years.
