- Individual Consultant: Team Leader: Post-Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Environmental Engineering / Public Health Engineering or Equivalent.
- Individual Consultant: Structure Engineer: Graduate in Civil Engineering with Master in Structural Engineering.
- Individual Consultant: Senior Quality cum Material Engineer: Degree in Civil Engineering (Preferable: PG Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Environmental Engineering / Public Health Engineering or equivalent).
- Individual Consultant: QA/QC Expert: Degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred: PG in Civil Engineering with specialization in Environmental Engineering / Public Health Engineering or equivalent).
- Individual Consultant: Contract Management Expert: Degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred: PG Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Project and Management).
