📝 Eligibility (As on 04.09.2025)
· Nationality: Indian citizen (or other categories as specified by Govt. of India)
· Age: 20–30 years (born between 02.08.1995 and 01.08.2005, both dates inclusive)
· Education:
o Graduation in any discipline from recognized University (valid marksheet required at registration).
o Experience: Minimum 18 months as Officer in Public Sector Bank/Regional Rural Bank (NBFCs, Coop, Private, Finance, Fintech banks not considered).
o Experience certificate format as per Annexure-I in notification.
· Proficiency: Must read, write, and speak the state-specific local language.

🗂️ Reservation & Category Rules
· Caste, EWS, PwBD certificates must be as per Government of India format and valid on document verification date.
· OBC candidates: Must have latest (FY 2025-26) non-creamy layer certificate; caste in Central List.
· EWS: Income & Asset certificate required.
· Reservation as per The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
💼 Scale of Pay & Benefits
· Pay Scale (JMGS-I): ₹48,480–₹85,920 + 3 increments* at joining
· Other Benefits: DA, HRA/leased accommodation, CCA, medical, LTC, terminal benefits & perquisites as per bank rules
· Probation: 6 months
· Service Bond: 3 years (bond amount: 3 months’ gross salary)
· Career Path: Promotion and transfers as per bank policy (no interstate transfer/special branch posting till SMGS-IV or 12 years’ service)
