 ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ હેલ્થ સોસાયટી, આરોગ્ય શાખા, જિલ્લા પંચાયત, મહિસાગર હેઠળ નીચે જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણેની ખાલી જગ્યાઓ ૧૧ માસના કરારના ધોરણે નિમણુંક કરવાની તેમજ પ્રતિક્ષાયાદી તૈયાર કરવાની હોઇ તે માટેના વોક ઇન ઇન્ટરવ્યુ માટેની અરજીઓ રૂબરૂમાં મેળવવાની હોઇ યોગ્ય લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોએ જે તે પોસ્ટ સામે જણાવેલ તારીખે સમય ૧૧.૦૦ કલાક થી ૧૪.૦૦ કલાક દરમ્યાન રૂબરૂ મુખ્ય જિલ્લા આરોગ્ય અધિકારીશ્રીની કચેરી, સી.૧૧૧, આરોગ્ય શાખા, જિલ્લા પંચાયત, મહિસાગર, મુ. લુણાવાડા ખાતે હાજર રહી નિયત નમૂનામાં અરજી (અરજીનો નમુનો ઇન્ટરવ્યુ ના દિવસ અત્રેની કચેરીએથી નિઃશુલ્ક આપવામાં આવશે) , લાયકાતના પ્રમાણપત્રોની પ્રમાણીત નકલો તેમજ પાસર્પોટ સાઇઝના ફોટા સાથે ની અરજી જમા કરાવ્યા બાદ પહોંચ મેળવી લેવાની રહેશે. કોવીડ-૧૯ની મહામારીને ધ્યાને લઇ અરજી તેમજ તમામ પ્રમાણપત્રો સ્વીકારવાની જ કામગીરી ઉક્ત દિવસે કરવાની રહે છે ત્યારબાદ અરજી તેમજ પ્રમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણી તેમજ તપાસણી કર્યા બાદ મેરીટ લીસ્ટ બનાવી પસંદગી/પ્રતીક્ષા યાદી અત્રેની કચેરીના નોટીસ બોર્ડ પર ઉપર મુકવામાં આવશે અને પસંદ થયેલ ઉમેદવારોને પુનઃ રૂબરૂ મુલાકાત માટે બોલાવવામાં આવશે. જાહેરાત પ્રસિધ્ધ થયાના દિવસે ઉમેદવારની ઉંમર ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે. ઇન્ટરવ્યુ ના સમયે હાજર રહેનાર ઉમેદવારે કોવીડ-૧૯ની મહામારીને ધ્યાને લઇ નિયમોનુસાર સોશીયલ ડીસ્ટન્સ, | માસ્ક વિગેરેનું ચુસ્તપણે પાલન કરવાનું રહેશે.

•Possess the degree of B.SC with chemistry or Microbiology as principal subject or M.Sc with organic chemistry or microbiology.

• Possess the certificate having passed, the prescribed Laboratory Technician training course conducted by a recognized institution or a medical college in the Gujarat State.

• Provided that the preference shall be given to a candidate possessing practical experience of Laboratory work .

• Not be more than 28 years of age.

• Ability to plan and execute activities at Taluka and PHC/UHC level.

• Must be willing to travel extensively in the Taluka and District

•Shall have own transport facility, preferably a valid motorized two wheeler with valid documents and valid insurance

• Basic computer proficiency (With commonly used windows, MS Office and internet will be an added qualification)

• Good oral and written communication and presentation skills in Gujarati/English/Hindi.

• Should have good understanding of health care delivery stracture of Taluka and PHC/UHC level .
